Youth

Boxout Project is dedicated to transforming lives by providing no-cost boxing programs to at-risk youth, alongside specialized anti-bullying initiatives. Our mission goes beyond fitness — we aim to equip young people with the tools to overcome life’s challenges, build resilience, and cultivate self-discipline, confidence, and emotional strength. Through structured boxing training, we offer a positive outlet for energy and stress, helping youth develop a sense of purpose and focus. Our anti-bullying programs empower participants to stand up for themselves and others, fostering a safe, supportive community where respect and camaraderie are at the forefront. Boxout Project believes that every young person deserves access to a safe environment where they can grow both physically and mentally. By combining the rigor of boxing with life skills and wellness education, we help youth and vulnerable individuals rise above adversity, break cycles of negativity, and step into their true potential. With a focus on inclusivity and support, Boxout Project creates a path toward brighter futures — helping individuals box out fear, box out doubt, and box out the challenges that hold them back.

Women

At Boxout Project, we are dedicated to empowering women through boxing, self-defense, and wellness. Our mission is to help women build strength, confidence, and resilience, both inside and outside the gym. Through our dynamic programs, we provide women with the tools to protect themselves, enhance their physical fitness, and nurture their mental well-being. Our boxing and self-defense classes are designed to foster a sense of empowerment, giving women the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with strength and determination. Paired with our holistic wellness initiatives, including stress management and mental health support, we focus on creating a well-rounded approach to personal growth and empowerment. At Boxout Project, we believe that every woman deserves to feel confident in her abilities and empowered in her everyday life. Our supportive and inclusive environment encourages women of all backgrounds and fitness levels to embrace their power, unlock their potential, and take control of their personal journey to wellness.

Veterans

Boxout Project is committed to supporting veterans' mental well-being through non-contact boxing classes and specialized programs tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to provide veterans with a healthy outlet for stress and anxiety, while also fostering a sense of camaraderie and community. By engaging in non-contact boxing, veterans can experience the therapeutic benefits of physical activity, improve their mental focus, and regain confidence in a safe and controlled environment. Our veteran-focused programs go beyond fitness by addressing the emotional and psychological challenges many veterans face, such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Through structured, goal-oriented classes and wellness support, we help veterans build mental resilience, improve overall well-being, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. At Boxout Project, we honor the strength and sacrifice of veterans by offering a supportive space where they can enhance their mental and physical health, form lasting bonds with fellow veterans, and regain control of their personal wellness journey.
